Tasting Notes:
Bright cranberry and strawberry meld with sweet notes in this fresh Rhone style rose! Showing touches of berry fruit and ruby red grapefruit on the forefront of the palate, the entry is dry and crisp. Those fresh berry and citrus aromas are once again enjoyed as the mid-palate abounds with bright berry fruit flavors. This wine has a light, bright, crisp structure, shows energy and freshness throughout the palate and the lovely perfumed finish.
Winemaking Notes:
The grapes were hand harvested then lightly pressed. This wine was fermented super cold in a Stainless Steel tank to preserve brightness then aged for four months, cold stabilized and bottled bone dry!
